The distribution network operators underlying incentive regulation are faced with the task of having to realize productivity gains in order to reduce any adverse impact on their profitability. Therefore, they are aiming at continuously optimizing their organizational structures and procedures.
In this context, E-Bridge advised a distribution network operator in the preparation, evaluation and selection of different organizational variants of technical services. Essential aspects were the complete coverage of all tasks, the clear allocation of responsibilities as well as the reduction of existing interfaces to support the business processes best.
