In consultation with strategic managers of small and mid-sized Bavarian distribution system operators, their most important current topics are chosen. In a workshop, all relevant information on these topics is prepared, and possible courses of action and their consequences are discussed together.
The workshop prepares the participants for upcoming strategic decisions and creates the general foundation for decision-making.
